Ahh..
found out that there are many charges to pay and they are quite high... eg, the monthly service anc conservancy charges...it's a whopping $75 ($78.75) a mth and the worse thing is that we have to pay this amt every mth even though there is no1 staying in the flat.. grr

this is the actual rates from the town council(west coast-ayer rajah) ...

being eflat owners, we gotta pay 2x the rate of a 3rm one...

Now for the yearly property tax, hope this is accurate

and the yearly Home Protection Scheme also...

wah all $$...dunno still got anymore or not...suddenly so much unforseen cost come out

seems that buying an eflat, we have to be richer or better at savings haha

cannot pay for nothing... so must quickly save enough to move in so at least u are paying for something u are using...
