we are coming to the end of our housie hunt, gg to get our keys in 2 wks time if there's no hiccups...
In Total dd and i considered 3 places in our hunt...Here's the summary of them...
1) Bukit Panjang- Segar (EA)
Pros: Dirt Cheap, comes wif basic reno, drop down window,
Cons: Super Far from amenties, LRT only means of public transport out, far frm city

2) Jurong West (EA)
Pros: relatively cheap, near to amenties like stadium, supermkt (at pioneer mall), walking distance to Boon Lay/Pioneer(u/c) MRT
Cons: More conservative flat design, far frm city

Tanglin Halt (4rm)
Pros: Near to Commonwealth MRT, market, amenties, established estate
Cons: Super expensive, smaller, probability of winning the ballot slim

In the end, guess we chose the middle option, not too ulu and but not too cheap.. JW hehe
