After many rounds of haggling and talking to contractors/IDs, i guess this is more or less the list of stuffs we want to renovate (the list keeps getting longer)

1) Kitchen cabinets
2) redo kitchen flooring
3) feature wall to conceal CD shelter
4) shower screens
5) kitchen swing door
6) sliding study door
7) built in wardrobe (actually till now i still dunno why this is necessary cos buy one off the shelf is at least 50% cheaper)
8) resanding/revarnishing the parquet floor
9) change PVC water pipes to copper/stainless steel one
10) Chemical washing of ceramic tiles (optional)

hope this is the final list, dunno why as we meet up with more and more contractors/IDs this list just keeps getting longer...
