some updates:

4 contestants so far for our reno:

1) 3D inno - ~$11k
2) Ho Bee - ~$13.5k
3) Baroque - ~$16k
4) Ah Soon Jr - $?? (MIA, anyway we changed our req)

still in a dilemma to decide who to award the 'contract' to... hiaz
looking at figures it's a fight between 3D inno and Ho Bee
but dd scare 3D inno so cheap cos they use inferior materials, patrick got good reviews in forum so should be ok but his price abit high...

Ok, Uncle soon finally started work on our unit:
Items changed so far:
1) Main door revarnish, door viewer and handle/lock changed
2) Bedroom doors changed(still under painting)
3) bathroom doors removed, new one haben fixed
4) All electrical /TV sockets changed.
5) Junction box near main door changed
6) taps and flusher changed
7) Old door bell switch removed, (new one haben fix yet)

Yet to be done:
1) Alumninum sliding windows, i think the metal guy haben come in yet bah...
2) haben check the toilet seat covers

will check again on Sunday.. hehe
